The boom was in very well condition.

I struggle with math and if I don't get the answer right, I want to know why and how I went wrong on it. All of the other SSM (Student Solutions Manuals) I have ever gotten showed how to work out the odd answers step by step, even the ones that were someone repetitive which was GREAT since I haven't been in school in 4 yrs and the last time I took a math class was about 5 or 6 yrs ago. I hunted down this SSM (which is ridiculously hard to find) and purchased it thinking that it would be just as useful to me as other SSMs that I had used in the past. BOY WAS I WRONG! The manual is written using confusing terms and methods and they leave out HUGE steps!! The amount of steps left out and their importance to understanding how the problems work out leaves me staring at one problem for hours trying to figure it out! Wondering if it was just a Me-Thing, I showed the book to other students in my class and to someone who excels in calculus and EVEN THEY SAID IT WAS CONFUSING!!This book is a serious waste of your money. The writers of the book should have been the ones to write the SSM, not Fleming. Hopefully, the publisher Brooks/Cole Cengage Learning will reconsider this book and get a better one published.

Thought it would show details on how to do the problems. For a few it does but 90% it does not. Disappointed as this was expensive. Shows only answers to odd problems. If you have the book it also shows the answers to the odd numbered problems so you don't really need this...

I was hoping it had more in depth explanations of how to solve, as well as answers for the entire book, not just the odd questions which are in the back of the book anyway.

I was looking for a solution manual that have answers for the even questions but this one have answers for the odd questions which also can be found at the back of the text book. Waste of money!

only even answers. Cost me so much for nearly useless.

CONS:1) Solutions for only odd number questions are shown2) Solutions skip steps constantly.(You will see a long formula being instantly reduced down to a simplified format. You will waste considerable amount of time trying to decipher the steps.)3) Some short questions show 0 step.(It just shows you the answer. Thus, if you have trouble with short questions, this book is completely useless)4) Dumb organization(This tiny <=> arrow in a wall of text is hard to spot.If they made the arrow sign bolded instead of it being hollow, it would be much easier to read. I guess they wanted to save on the ink cost.)5) It is expensive despite the poor quality.PROS:1) Reading this before a fight can give you extra rage adrenaline.2) It can be used as a substitute for toilet paper.Getting this book illegally would be a waste of your bandwidth.

I've been stuck on 2 separate problems for about an hour. After sending them to mates I've realized this book contains a lot of errors. For the only odd number solutions, 1/4 of the solutions will be wrong. Good luck!
